Shipping & Returns

Every piece is printed just for you, so there's less waste. Production takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

After production, delivery usually takes:

• United States: 5–10 business days
• Canada & Australia: 5–10 business days
• UK & Europe: 5–8 business days
• Other countries: 10–20 business days

Each product page shows your estimated delivery date.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and items. Orders over $75 ship free.

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it all the way to your door.

We ship to the United States and many countries worldwide. If your country isn't available at checkout, we don't ship there yet, but we're working on it.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country. These are paid by the customer and aren't included in our prices.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Need to change it? Contact us right away: we can only update it before your order goes into production. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or it's not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a refund.

Because every piece is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check each product's size chart and our How to Measure guide before ordering.

Write to us through our Help & Contact page and include your order number. We reply within 24–48 hours on business days.
